This stuff is amazing and easy to use. Really changed the look of my bathroom mirror from plain Jane to something much nicer and refined.

I haven’t used it yet but did a small test area. Heavy duty and no corners cut while the adhesive seems strong. It’s heavy overall and has a gloss look to it. Excited to get it installed

I brought this frame lining because I didn't want to spend hundreds on a frame that fits my 51x36 picture. I would say it did the job and looks really nice. I would have given 5 stars, but it was kinda hard to cut.

Great product. Worked as trim around pvc ceiling tiles! Easy to work with. Seems to be holding up well.
